Licensed Psychotherapist, New York
I am a psychotherapist with a strong foundation in both academic training and real-world experience. I earned a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Columbia University and bring over ten years of experience working in school counseling settings, where I have supported adolescents and adults through complex emotional, academic, and life challenges.
My clinical work focuses on grief, anxiety, and depression, and I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). At the same time, I believe that effective therapy is never one-size-fits-all. I take a holistic and collaborative approach, honoring each client’s individual background, values, and lived experience while integrating evidence-based techniques that support meaningful and lasting change.
I strive to create a space that feels grounded, compassionate, and nonjudgmental, where clients can explore difficult emotions, build practical coping tools, and move toward a greater sense of clarity and balance. A complimentary 15-minute consultation is available upon request to help determine if we are a good fit.
